1-Year Workmanship Warranty: We take pride in our handmade antennas. We offer a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials. This does not cover damage from improper use, extreme weather, or unauthorized modifications.
How shipping is priced: We charge the actual carrier cost to send your order. We do not add a handling fee and we do not mark shipping up. Because cost depends on where the order is going and how large the parcel is, we calculate it per order rather than publishing a flat rate.
When you see the price: Shipping is itemized in the quote we email you, separately from the antenna price. You are never charged before you have seen that figure and chosen to pay the Square checkout link.
Number of parcels: A typical order ships as two parcels: a tube containing the mast, and a box containing the hitch mount and remaining components. Both are covered by the single shipping figure quoted before payment. We do not invoice again after the fact, and a delivery arriving in stages is normal rather than a sign that something is missing.
Tracking: We email tracking when your order ships. You can also look up the status of your order at any time using the reference from your emails on our order status page.
Pickup and hamfests: Orders collected in person, at a hamfest table or by local pickup, carry no shipping charge.
Returns and shipping cost: Our 30-day money-back guarantee refunds the purchase price of the antenna. Shipping paid to send the order to you is not refunded, and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a warranty defect.
Data Usage: At 4WAVE Antennas, we value your privacy. Personal information (name, callsign, email, and shipping address) is collected so we can answer inquiries, quote builds, take payment, and ship your order.
Payment processing: Checkout is handled by Square. When you pay via a Square checkout link, Square processes your payment card and related checkout details under Square’s own privacy policy. We receive payment confirmation (and related order identifiers) so we can start your build. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Shipping: We share name and address with the carrier needed to deliver your order (for example USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
No selling of data: We do not sell or trade your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We share it only as needed to process payment (Square), ship products (carriers), or as required by law.
Hamfest signups: If you join our list at a show, we store your name, callsign, email, and optional city so we can follow up. Marketing email is sent only if you check the opt-in box.
How long we keep it: Inquiry and order records stay as long as we need them to quote, build, ship, honour warranty, and keep the CRM useful. Field-report photos stay while they are published in the gallery. We do not keep payment card numbers on this site.
